For Limpiezas MR, this implementation marks a significant step towards a more efficient operation aligned with its sustainability goals. 1. What has your experience been like with the implementation of PQfusion?
The experience has been incredibly positive, even better than we expected. Both the employees and I are very satisfied with the results.
2. What do you value most about the system?
Its simplicity and how intuitive it is. Anyone can learn to use it quickly, and the technical support from Proeco Químicas gives us great peace of mind.
3. How do you assess the quality of the products dispensed by the system?
The quality is exceptional. After more than 15 years without changing our products, this move has proven to be a very successful decision.
4. From the employees’ perspective, is the system intuitive? Have errors in product use been reduced?
Without a doubt. Errors have been reduced significantly, far more than we expected.
5. With such varied and demanding schedules, how has PQfusion’s automation improved product supply management?
We now always have the necessary stock available, and if anything unexpected comes up, the Proeco Químicas team speeds up replenishment quickly.
6. How do you value the system’s ability to provide detailed information on product use at each centre and by each user?
It is a major added value. We can monitor which product is being used, who is using it, when and in what quantity, which improves our internal management.
7. Have you noticed a reduction in detergent consumption?
Although it is still early for definitive figures, we have observed a reduction of more than 30% in consumption.
8. Eliminating plastic and cardboard waste is one of the system’s key benefits. How do you assess this progress from an environmental perspective?
It is a very important step forward. Reducing this waste and contributing to environmental care is an achievement we value highly.
9. In how many work centres are you planning to install PQfusion?
It is currently being implemented in 10 work centres.
10. What message would you give to other companies considering implementing PQfusion?
I would encourage them to go ahead. I am sure they will not regret it. It is a solution that brings value in every sense.
