Proeco Químicas collaborates with Massegur in the Fòrum Gastronòmic Girona 2022

The company Massegur is the reference of distribution in Girona and official distributor of Proeco Químicas. Massegur has participated as one of the main sponsors of the Fòrum Gastronòmic. At the event, Massegur has presented a wide range of sustainable products, like the Ecolabel certified detergents of Proeco Químicas.

The event, one of the most prestigious meetings on the gastronomic circuit, brings together some of the best chefs in the world, such as Mauro Colagreco of the Mirazur restaurant, the Roca brothers of Celler de Can Roca and Massimo Bottura of l'Osteria Francescana. The three chefs participated in a round table and a solidarity action.

The Forum was also attended by other figures in the sector who explained the trends in professional cuisine, all in a space where activities, round tables, monographic sessions and different demonstrations of the gastronomic world are concentrated. Innovation, talent and continuous training were the most important pillars of this year's edition.
